Sandra Igwe MBE speaking during Black Maternal Mental Health Week UK 2026

Community builds the evidence. Evidence changes the system. Systems must answer to mothers.

The ventures

Two ventures. One expansive purpose.

One grows community power at scale. The other puts trusted, culturally relevant support in mothers’ hands. Together they make care, connection and influence more accessible.

Founded 2016

Public leadership

In the rooms where national priorities are set.

From six visits to 10 Downing Street to parliamentary breakfasts, Department of Health and Social Care convenings, taskforces and advisory groups, Sandra carries mothers’ experience into public life with clarity and purpose.

Her national work is grounded in community accountability: what Black mothers say must shape the decisions made about their care.

Speaker · facilitator · commentator

A message that works from the boardroom to the broadcast and back to community.

Sandra is booked to keynote, facilitate, train and contribute expert commentary. She translates complex evidence into direct, human conversations about Black maternal health, culture, care, leadership and accountability.
